Welcome Back!

Welcome back to all our current students and teachers, also a warm welcome to all the new students. This year we are happy to welcome new members to our team. Please give a warm welcome and say hello to Cathy (front desk), Dhara (vocal & piano), Angelina (piano), Cody (guitar, vocal & piano), and also Bill (guitar, vocal & piano) and Madison (vocal) who started with us very recently.

  • Felling unwell? If you have any signs or symptoms of cold and/or flu please stay at home and call the school so that your lesson can be transitioned to online.
  • Lesson Fees
    As of September 1, lesson fees have increased by $2 per 30 minute lesson.  The regular rate for a lesson is $25/week ($29 for violin), and the multiple rate (two lessons) is $24/week/lesson. Families taking three lessons or more per week (exc. violin) are able to receive a 5% discount.
  • Extended Absences
    If you must miss any lessons for an extended period of time, you can hold your time slot by paying a “Hold Fee,” otherwise your time slot will be made available to another student.
  • School Year Make-Up Lessons
    One make-up lesson is allowed for each term. Fall term runs from the beginning of September to the end of January. Winter term runs from the beginning of February to the end of June. Summer term runs from the beginning of July to the end of July.
    Make-up lessons are the customer’s responsibility to ensure its completion.  They must be completed within the term of the missed lesson and cannot be carried over to a new term/year.
    Please let us know when you are unable to attend a lesson so that we can accommodate make-up lessons for other students. You can also cancel your lesson online through your portal.
