Sandy has recently joined our support team at Hamilton School of Music.  She welcomes the opportunity to interact with our students and parents and appreciates hearing the students play or sing during their lessons.  She studied piano for 8 years starting at the age of 7 and completed her RCM Grade 6 level.  As a child and young adult she sang in her church choir and played piano for her church and Sunday School.  After high school Sandy studied at Niagara College and graduated from the Legal Assistant Program and followed that career path until she started raising a family.  At that time she started volunteering with the children within the HWDSB as well as taking part in the Parent School Councils.  Sandy welcomed the opportunity to volunteer with the Buchanan Park Opera Club and loved to watch the students perform such Operas as A is for Aria, The Magic Flute and Don Giovanni.
